Sponsorship and Exhibition

The 24th TMEC 2025 offers a chance to collectives, groups, and organizations to showcase their products, publications, information, etc. in the exhibition area. You must register to attend the exhibition and qualify to have a booth or space at the exhibition area. After submitting your request to have a booth, please make the payment via our bank information below. Exhibition booths and spaces are available on a first come first paid for basis.

  • Raw space of 2.0 x 2.0 meters at Foyer of Ballroom.

Silver (6 Booths) 50,000.-
  • Raw space of 2.5 x 2.5 meters.
    Note: Booth construction can be referred to the exhibitor manual.
  • Company logo will be displayed on the website.
Standard (10 Booths) 25,000.-
  • Raw space of 2.0 x 2.0 meters at Ballroom 4.
    Note: Booth construction can be referred to the exhibitor manual.
  • Company logo will be displayed on the website.
Printed Lanyard (1,000 pcs.) 20,000.-
  • Company will design and prepare the lanyards.
Insertion of Brochure/Catalogue (750 pcs.) 15,000.-
  • Company will design and prepare a brochure /catalogue for insertion per delegate bag.
    Note: The brochure/catalogue must be approved by TMEC 2025 Committee.
Delegate Bag (750 pcs.) 150,000.-
  • Company logo will be printed on the delegate bag.
